Manufacturing Design Process
At CrestLED, every LED lighting solution begins with a powerful idea — transformed through intelligent design. Our Design Process is the first and most critical phase of LED light manufacturing, setting the stage for high performance, energy efficiency, and long-term reliability.
Our team of expert engineers and product designers works closely to conceptualise lighting products that meet both functional and aesthetic goals. We use advanced CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software and thermal simulation tools to engineer components with precision. Every aspect, from the circuit layout to heat dissipation structure and optical lens design, is carefully considered to ensure optimum light output and product longevity.

LED Stencil Machine
The LED Stencil Machine is a vital part of our surface mount technology (SMT) process at CrestLED, enabling precise and consistent application of solder paste onto the printed circuit boards (PCBs). This step is essential for ensuring solid electrical connections and proper placement of LED chips and other components.
Using a stainless steel stencil and automated alignment systems, the machine only applies a thin, controlled layer of solder paste to the designated PCB pads. The accuracy of this process directly affects the performance, reliability, and longevity of our LED products.
- High-Speed, High-Precision Solder Paste Application
- Automated Optical Alignment
- Consistent Paste Volume Control
- Reduced Material Waste
- Supports High-Density PCBs
LED Pick and Place Machine
At CrestLED, speed meets precision with our advanced LED Pick and Place Machine, capable of placing up to 5000 components per hour (CPH). This high-speed machine is a core part of our SMT (Surface Mount Technology) assembly line, responsible for mounting LED chips and electronic components onto PCBs with exceptional accuracy.
The machine uses advanced vision systems and automated nozzles to pick components from reels or trays and place them on the solder-pasted circuit boards within milliseconds. Whether it’s resistors, capacitors, ICs, or LED chips, every component is positioned with micro-level precision — ensuring strong electrical connections and perfectly aligned layouts.

A800 Reflow Oven
8-Zone Precision Soldering
At CrestLED, soldering quality is non-negotiable — and that’s where our A800 Reflow Oven with 8 heating zones comes into play. This state-of-the-art oven is an essential part of our Surface Mount Technology (SMT) process, ensuring strong, consistent, and defect-free solder joints for every LED product we manufacture.
The A800 Reflow Oven features 8 independent temperature-controlled zones, allowing for precise heat profiling across the PCB. This enables each solder joint to reach optimal melting temperature without damaging delicate components, guaranteeing reliability and performance over time.
